NS1405 Heat Treatment System
The solution treatment temperature of the alloy is 1100-1150 ºC, with 1120 ºC being the optimal. For materials with a thickness greater than 3mm, water cooling should be used, while for materials with a thickness less than 3mm, rapid air cooling can be used.
NS1405 application areas:
This alloy has good comprehensive ability and can be used in strong oxidizing acidic media, especially in high temperature concentrated H2SO4. Its corrosion resistance is better than that of high silicon stainless steel, and its manufacturing performance is superior. It does not cause significant production difficulties and is not easy to weld. NS1405 processing and welding:
