Tammany Taste of Summer: North Shore restaurants offer dining deals this August

MANDEVILLE, La. (NOLA WEEKEND) - Tammany Taste of Summer kicks off its celebration of deals at more than three dozen restaurants on the North Shore this August.

Similar to Coolinary New Orleans, this annual promotion helps diners save money at participating restaurants in St. Tammany Parish while helping to give eateries a boost.

Tammany Taste of Summer returns with prix-fixe menus and other dining discounts through Aug. 31.

Some notable North Shore restaurants participating include Palmettos on the Bayou in Slidell, Valencia in Covington, Odelia Cafe in Mandeville, The English Tea Room & Eatery in Covington and Tchefuncte’s Restaurant in Madisonville.
